Rock Tools Site Manager
The role
To manage a performance maintenance contract, through:
- Contract optimisation & growth
- Customer Relation
- Resource availability
- Performance based maintenance systems
This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining clients on and off mine site according to Sandvik Mining and performance contract requirements.
Key performance areas
- Achievement of targets/objectives as per project/contract
- Financial analysis & planning
- Formulating & implementing a strategic purpose & specific strategic action plans
- Knowledge of environment & overall direction of organisation
- knowledge of sales strategy, sales policies, types of sales organisations and the co-ordination of sales and other activities
- Quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Trade Certificate in a mechanical and/or electric discipline / managerial degree / diploma or relevant experience.
- Diploma/Certificate in Project Management and Financial Management
- 2 Years surface drilling experience
- 2 Years Management/Supervisory experience
- Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet (advanced)
- English proficiency
- Code 08 licence
- Experience in trackless underground/surface mining environment
- Entrepreneurial business experience
- May be required to travel
