Letšeng Diamonds seeks to engage a qualified professional with appropriate skills and aptitude to fill the position of SECURITY OFFICER - INVESTIGATIONS (PATERSON BAND CL).
PURPOSE: Ensure the effective and efficient investigation of crime according to Company policy and standards, and within the relevant legal framework.
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Crime Information and Investigations function.
• Receives, administers and investigates case dockets.
• Prepares case dockets to ensure that they are ready for disciplinary hearings and
or prosecutions
• Effectively and efficiently maintenances an on-mine crime information cycle -
including gathering, analysis, collation and dissemination.
• Identifies and assesses on-mine security threats and vulnerabilities and provides
appropriate input to inform holistic risk mitigating measures.
• Develops relations with responsible industry players and law enforcement
agencies establishing co-operative interaction and information sharing.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum Form E
• Detective Training Course – will be an added advantage
• Valid Driver’s License
