KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTPUT

Manage stock variances to the minimal.
Maintain adherence to stock check procedures as per laid down guidelines.
Monitor and enforce the application of TPM and Stock Rotation in the warehouse.
Optimize service delivery to calling and delivered customers
Maintain correct stock levels as per procedure
Accurately receive stock into the warehouse
Maintain adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in and around the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Business Administration/Warehouse Management
A minimum of two years exposure to a warehousing environment.

KEY ATRIBUTES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Numerical aptitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Disciplined as well as assertive.
Ability to lead a team.
Strong sense of customer focus.
