GRADE-E

KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTPUT

Attend to customer orders and issue invoices/receipts accurately;
Ensure accurate collection of cash from customers
Conduct daily cash reconciliations at close of business
Deposit with the bank all money received on a daily basis
Prepare on a daily basis all cash or other journals in accordance with MMB Cash Office Procedures
Ensure that customer complaints are recorded and resolved within 24 hours
Maintains proper filing of documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

A Certificate in Business Studies or related field. Diploma in Business Studies will be an added advantage.
