Accountant / Quantity Surveyor

 Qualifications and skills

• Master degree or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience for accountancy/quantity survey or related fields;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Full computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 General professional experience

• At least six years professional experience in road construction projects or 8 years in case of absence of a master degree.

 Specific professional experience

• At least four years relevant experience in quantity surveying on similar works projects, including at least two years in developing countries.
• Excellent knowledge of audit methodology in the fields of quantity surveying on road construction projects.

 Language

• The contractual language of the works and supervision contracts and of the audit is English.

 General team experience (can be any of the team members)

• Experience with EU-funded (EDF and/or Budget) road construction works and supervision contracts.
• Experience in the application of price revision formulas in the context of road construction works contracts.

 Location & Duration
A total of 48 working days (45 in Swaziland and 3 home based)
