BARCLAYS GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

This programme will see you laying the foundations for your future success – taking the first steps towards a fulfilling, rewarding and lasting career with us.

On the programme for 12 to 18 months, you’ll be guided, moulded and trained – building up the skills and experience you’ll need to become a leader for our future. Every step of the way, our training and support will keep your development on track.

1.1 The graduate programme is split into four areas:
-Corporate and Investment Banking Programme
-Accounting Training Programme
-Certified Internal Audit Programme
-Graduate Training and Development

1.2 Entry criteria for Accounting Training programme
• The SAICA Programme is open to graduates studying towards B.Com (Hons) / CTA or equivalent

• Our ACCA Programme is open to you if you’re completing studies that will exempt you up to Fundamental Level.

• The CIMA Programme is open to you if you’re completing studies that will exempt you up to the Managerial Level
