The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following post:
FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
Post No. 1976: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration (Re-Advertisement)
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Must hold a minimum of a Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA with concentration in accounting/finance. An experience in tertiary level teaching will be an added advantage.
Candidates for Senior Lecturer position must have at least six (6) years teaching experience at university level, and a proven record of research and refereed publications in the relevant field, and must already be in these positions at the equivalent institution of higher learning at the time of application
Duties:
Conduct teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
Undertake research and supervise students
Participate in research activities of the Department
Participate in the design of new programmes/courses for the Department
Mentor junior members of the staff where applicable
Initiate, participate in, and perform any other duty, including administration, as would be required from time to time by the Head of Department.
