SCOPE General Management of the mine and leadership of the senior management team. Strategy development and delivery against plans and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS • BTech/University Degree in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or
Mineral Processing OR
• 3 year National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
EXPERIENCE • Minimum 10 years in Mine Management above superintendent/foreman level including 5 years at Senior Management level as a Mine Manager and/or Deputy Mine Manager in Diamond/Gold/Platinum Mine Management
• 7 years Open Pit mining experience
CITIZENSHIP • Lesotho Citizenship is essential
