Positions: Front Office Manager
1. Educational Requirements:
• Relevant Hotel School Qualification is a strong advantage and preferably Degree / Diploma with enough experience
2. Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years working in Front Office Supervisory Position
• Experience in Hotel reservations
• Knowledge of Front Office SOP’s
3. Computer Packages / In house systems
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Products will be an advantage
• Ms Word, Ms Excel, Email, POS knowledge
• Fidelio, Micros or Protel Knowledge is essential
4. Special Requirements
• Deadline Driven
• Strong administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Accuracy
• Honesty
