JOB REF LPRA# 2 DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - MINING
SCOPE Deputy General Management of the mine and supporting the GM in leadership. Contributes to strategy development with responsibilities for delivery against plans and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS • BTech/University Degree in Mining, Geology, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical
Engineering.
• 3 year National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
EXPERIENCE • Minimum 7 years in Mine Management including 3 years as a Deputy Mine Manager or 3 years at Management level (Section Manager /Mine Overseer/Shaft Manager)
• Diamond/Gold/Platinum Mine experience
• 5 years Open Pit mining experience
CITIZENSHIP • Lesotho Citizenship is essential
