JOB REF LPRA# 12 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
SCOPE To provide functional leadership across the full spectrum of HR services, developing and maintaining excellent HR practices applied in a manner which builds excellence at a practical level aligned with operational goals and needs and builds high caliber, skilled management & workforce for the future.
QUALIFICATIONS &
HR EXPERIENCE
• Human Resources / Industrial Psychology Degree; and
• 5 years’ work experience in across all HR generalist areas including 3 years in a management position leading a HR team
INDUSTRY
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, heavy industry, energy & power generation, or similar unionised industrial sectors; including
• At least 1 years’ experience in managing Industrial Relations & Wage Bargaining
CITIZENSHIP • Lesotho Citizenship is essential
