Job purpose:  
We challenge your to join Philips as a M2O Academy Trainer and to actively develop Philips’ sales capabilities by improving process execution (as detailled out by BPOs), skills and knowledge x-market
You willld work with Sales Leaders, MT and HR to build required sales capabilities to meet specific market needs in line with global M2O and Sector imperatives. You willd develop and deliver blended learning tracks and provide day-to-day coaching to the sales groups in the market and be one of the key contributors to transform the organization into a learning organisation,  embedding 70/20/10 philosophy.

Reporting line: straight line to Market M2O excellence lead, dotted to Dean m2o academy
 Key areas of responsibilities
  • Leads / guides sales improvement projects  in line with both local and global imperatives as well as business cadence
  • Responsible for onboarding of new sales hires
  • Trains basic and advanced global and local sales training programs (internally & externally)
  • Organizes Skill certification and performs quality controls and audits
  • Coaches sales people where needed and deploys sales driven coaching program
  • Works within a global team of peers (led by central academy team) to share best practices and adopt innovative ways to upgrade sales force
  • Monitors progress against predefined KPIs (responsible for Training ROI)
  • Deploys strategic initiatives such as CRM deployment, sales enablement tools,  new ways of working. 
Job knowledge, skills and experience
  • Ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Professional with on outstanding Sales background and strong affinity for coaching / teaching
  • Mature leader with ability to manage and steer multiple stakeholders on various levels
  • Understanding of  dynamics and requirements of B2B  / B2G and B2C business models
  • Proven track record  in organizational transformation  and change management 
  • Strategically strong and eagerness to make an impact, 
  • Experience in relevant market and excellent intercultural awareness
  • Showing persistence and strong drive for results , while able to apply flexibility in approach 
  • Strong proof points in informal leadership

  • Max participant number / training: 20 Pax
  • At least one training in 2 months (also outside home-market)
Winning: mainly one off as big bang

Playing: depending on market need 

Manages roll out  / implementation process
  • Ensures together with Market MT and HRM smooth roll out (Incl admin / project management )   of all trainings

Leads Skill certification efforts
  • Organizes employee certification process and regularly performs quality controls and audits taking action  where necessary

Inspires and engages manager coaches to drive the embedding of new behaviors
  • Give guidance and support to managers how to best coach their employees
  • Facilitates best practice sharing amongst managers
  • Follows up in monthly meetings with Managers – online / F2F

  • Supports managers in deploying sales driven coaching program online / F2F

Leads / guides sales improvement projects 
  • Based on the outcome of quick scans
  • Might result in sourcing new training for local requirements (in cooperation with LTL team & central m20 academy)
