Afrisam Lesotho has a vacancy for the below position:
ADMINISTRATION CLERK (H4)

Reporting to the Operations Manager Lesotho, the incumbent will form part of the Depot team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Provide administrative support for the management of the stock controls of cement, empty bags and pallets.
Apply the administrative procedures relating to sales and the dispatch of cement to customers.
Process on SAP the purchasing procedure and other administrative transactions.
An effective working relationship with the transporter to enhance the level of customer service delivery from the Depot.
Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that vendors and suppliers are paid accurately in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience required:
GCSE/Grade 12 is the minimum requirement
Diploma related to Accounting and/or Office Admin.
Good supply chain operations skill, knowledge or experience specifically in purchasing and inventory systems.
Proficient in using the SAP purchasing model.
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word.
