Qualifications and skills
• Senior expert with at least Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; or in its absence an equivalent level acquired through professional experience.
General professional experience
• At least twelve (12) years of experience in the field of strategic planning, strategy formulation, corporate change and other relevant fields;
Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity; interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
• Computer literacy, excellent report writing skills and ability to produce quality documents;
• Possesses very good analytical skills.
Specific professional experience
• A proven track record in the facilitation and the development of strategic plans in recent years;
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning notably for water and sanitation utility companies;
• Possesses good training qualities for an optimal transfer of knowledge in workshops.
