The primary objective of this position is to compile consolidated management information and reporting packs for the TSB group of companies and RCL. Reporting to the Financial Controller: Group, the successful candidate will prepare tax schedules and tax returns for TSB Sugar RSA, conduct cost accounting functions for service departments and perform specific group accounting functions. Compilation of high-level information packs, involvement in SAP system implementation projects and ad hoc assistance to the Financial Controller: Group are further functions.
Desired Skills and Experience
A highly responsible role indeed, requiring no less than a BCom Accounting/Financial Management with completed articles, plus 3-4 years’ experience in corporate cost management, corporate tax, corporate management, reporting and business consolidation. Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and IFRS is also essential. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
