COUNSELLING COORDINATOR
Based in Roma, with regular visit to all project sites in Roma and Semonkong.
This position is under the direct supervision and guidance of the Patient & Community Support Manager.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
►To implement the counselling strategy for the four pillars (Community, Health Post, Health Centre, Hospital) ► To support the implementation of Community ART Groups ► To provide technical support to MSF counsellor mentors mentoring Facility–Based Counsellor, Community Counsellors and Village Health Workers ►Participate in planning, budgeting, writing of proposals for PCS activities. ►Others: Trainings, Data collection and monitoring.
Requirements:
► Diploma or Certificate in HIV testing and counselling ►2 years’ experience working in Patient and community support activities ► Experience working with MSF or other humanitarian organization in a developing country ► Ability to work independently and be proactive in identifying and addressing issues ► Computer literacy ► English language proficiency essential ► Strong oral communication ► Ability to collaborate with a variety of people in different settings ► Willingness to adhere to the humanitarian principles of Médecins Sans Frontières ► Mosotho citizen or a valid Lesotho work permit.

Notes:
This position is subject to an initial 12-month contract with a probation period of four (4) months.
