The Institute of Development Management (IDM) is a regional organisation, with campuses in Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland providing management development through Training, Research and Consultancy. IDM now wishes to appoint highly motivated individual to fill the following position:
SENIOR CONSULTANT/LECTURER IN BUSINESS AND INFORMATION RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (BIRM)
The Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
-Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Training programmes.
-Manage BIRM Consultancies and Research.
-Manage BIRM Course Administration, Moderation and Assessment.
-Marketing of IDM products and services and customer relations.
-Compliance with IDM Policies and Systems.
The position calls for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
-Master’s Degree in Business Management with majors in Finance or Accounting OR Master’s Degree in Financial/Accounting Management.
-Training in Project Management or Purchasing and Stores Management or Logistics Management or equivalent is an added advantage.
-Three (3) years’ experience in a teaching environment or managerial position.

-Planning and Resource Management
