Technical advisor for Laboratory services

Partners In Health-Lesotho has vacancy for the following position:
Title: Technical advisor for Laboratory services 
Reports to: Executive Director 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support the development of the national strategic plans for laboratory services. 
• Support the development of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
• Undertake analytical tasks to identify gaps. 
• Support the trainings at the district levels
• Support implementation of the district’s work- plans
• Support and train in quantification of laboratory supplies at the districts.
• Carry out appropriate trainings on quality checks as required and complete quality record sheets as required.
• Support the accreditation process.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Laboratory technology or equivalent
• 5-7 years experience in Laboratory field
• Strong critical analysis and data analysis skills
• Strong managerial abilities to lead and direct others
• Proven ability to exercise good judgment and diplomacy
