The Authority seeks applications from qualified, competent and highly motivated individuals to fill the following vacant positions within the organisation. The positions are based in Maseru. The positions require good spoken and written Sesotho and English. A competitive and market-related remuneration package including non-contributory benefits is offered. 1.Billing and Valuation Assistant(2)
Job Scope: The officer has responsible for assisting the Billing & Valuation Coordinator in performing a range of Billing and Valuation-related tasks
Key Result Areas:
Efficient, accurate and timely performance of billing & valuation tasks
Adherence to relevant procedures, laws and regulations
Preparation of clear and precise billing & valuation reports
Timely and accurate revenue and debtors reports.
Timely issue of accurate and complete customers’

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Technician Accountant or least a Diploma in Business studies or related qualification
Working knowledge of accounting, debt management and land valuation.

Skills:
Ability to analyse data related to comparable sales, rentals and related matters, and draw sound conclusions
Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
Adaptability to office and outdoor working environments
Fluent in both Sesotho and English
Negotiation and persuasive skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with the team.
