Contracts Administrator
The role
To support the Procurement Manager, Procurement Lead and Project Manager with Tender, contract and order administration, inclusive of quantity surveying (if required).
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Procurement Operating Plan
- Manage the Awarding of Contracts & Enquiries
- Manage or Administer Contracts
- Produce Reports
- Provide Mentorship and Coaching to Discipline Peers
Your profile
- Tertiary Qualification in Contract Law and/or Quantity Surveying, Suitably qualified as articulated in the EE act.
- Post Graduate qualification in Contract Law
- Registered Quantity Surveyor would be advantageous
- In depth and extensive working experience in contract law and/or quantity surveying within a construction related environment
- Sound knowledge of Contract Law
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the components of an enquiry and contract and the methods and procedures to perform enquiry / contract management
- Sound knowledge of quantity surveying principles
- Sound knowledge of business procedures, processes and corporate governance
- Required to be based on site if required by the project
- Required to visit site suppliers and fabricators
