Number of positions: 1
Reports to: IT/Medical Informatics Manager
Main purpose of the role
Register and other paper updates (e.g. ART register, appointment scheduling)
•Paper medical record Filing
•Data entry into OpenMRS
•Ensure Quality and completeness of data in electronic and paper formats
•Compilation and Verification of all monthly statistical reporting
•Supervision of Filing Clerk
•Daily Photo-Voltaic (PV) system readings and Weekly Reporting
•Technical Infrastructure issue triage (e.g. PV system, VSAT, IT Equipment)

Basic qualifications and experience
Diploma in Information Communications Technology or Equivalent
2-5 years’ experience in Data Entry or related field
Exposure to monitoring and evaluation
Professional skills
M & E skills preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other personnel
Understanding and appreciation of the importance of data
Experience of working with multinational organisation within the health sector will be an added advantage.
