Partners In Health Lesotho has a vacancy for the following position:
POSITION: M&E Data Manager
REPORTS TO: Clinical Manager/Program Manager
Responsibilities
Analyze, document and improve clinic operational workflows
Improve data quality of specific clinical indicators
Improve efficiency and ease of reporting data
Design, supplement and/or improve new & existing data collection & filing systems
Compile weekly, month, quarterly and annual reports
Conduct regular multi-day monitoring and data validation visits to all sites
Mentoring, training, and supporting staff at all sites
Monitor and evaluate the quality of and validate data from all the sites
Ensure timely reporting of monthly data
Monitor defaulter tracking system

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and/or related field, with 3 or more years of experience in data management
Experience in programmatic health management systems will be an added advantage
Strong critical analysis and data analysis skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Proven ability to exercise good judgment and diplomacy
Ability to work under pressure, manage and supervise junior personnel, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within culturally diverse settings
Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and/or related field, with 3 or more years of experience in data management
