1. Performs reception duties
1.1. Answer all incoming calls, redirect calls and take messages
1.2. Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to relevant offices
1.3. Respond to walk in client inquiries
1.4. Accept, register mail and distribute accordingly
1.5. Maintain visitors and employee logbook
2. Provide secretarial support
2.1. Provide secretarial support for staff
2.2. Provide word processing support
2.3. Maintain a filling system for office
2.4. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
2.5. Maintain company diary for major events and staff news
3. Perform other duties when required
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Secretarial studies and office practice or equivalent
Must be conversant with Microsoft Office
Ability to use Microsoft Publisher will be an added advantage
3yrs + experience in similar position in a corporate environment
Required Competencies
Excellent spoken and written English and Sesotho
Professional Image consciousness
Good communication and interpersonal skills
