The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following post:
FACULTY OF EDUCATION
POST NO. 0922: LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN SESOTHO EDUCATION
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
The Applicants must hold a PhD in Sesotho Language Education with More than 5 years relevant teaching experience at higher education level. A proven record of scholarly research and publications will be an added advantage.
Duties:
- To teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in curriculum studies in Sesotho;
- Supervise teaching practice and masters students’ related research projects;
- Perform any other duties as would be required by the department and/or the Faculty of Education.
Contract duration:
The appointment for this post shall be a two year contract.
Assumption of duties:
The successful candidate is expected to commence duty in August 2014.
Remuneration:
The University offers salaries and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
