The Advisor should be a senior expert and have the following qualifications and experience:
- At least a Masters degree academic level or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline (such as agricultural economics, economics, planning, management)
- At least 12 years’ experience in planning and management of agricultural development, of which at least 5 years of experience in sector/strategic planning in the public sector
- Previous experience in organisational development
- Demonstrable high levels of analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of EU/EDF procedures
