LEGAL AND POLICY
POSITION
Valuation Researcher: Level 4 (1 vacancy)
SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To undertake research and provide technical advice relating to customs valuation and related areas in order to ensure that LRA effectively applies the customs valuation rules.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or International Trade related field with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Manager Investigations: Level 6 (1 vacancy)

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To implement and monitor measures that are in place to enforce compliance by investigating cases of contravention of revenue laws that are being enforced by the Authority. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Investigations/Taxation/Accounting/ Economics/ Law/ Policing/ Social Sciences certificate with 5 years’ experience in tax and investigations related environment and 3 years relevant management experience.

COMMISSIONER GENERAL’S OFFICE

POSITION
Stakeholder Relations Officer: Level 4(1 vacancy)

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To assist in the coordination of stakeholder activities; liaise with stakeholders on the operations of the LRA and also build networks to enhance partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/International Relations/Economics with at least 3 years relevant experience.
OR
A Diploma in Business Administration with at least 4 years relevant experience.

Business Continuity Specialist: Level 5 (1 vacancy)

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To ensure organizational preparedness by identifying business continuity risks and devising strategies to minimize impact and ensure quick recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business Administration/Risk Management/Economics/Commerce or related field, with at least three (3) years post qualifying experience in a similar role.

CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION

POSITION
Senior Operations & Facilities Officer: Level 4 (3 vacancies- central, south & north)

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To be responsible for the control, management and maintenance of all LRA property and facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma – Administration/Business Administration/Facilities Management, with at least two (2) years post qualifying experience in a similar role.
