Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in factory/production management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in factory/production management
Skills Required:
- Manage the middle managers(Foreman) on the factory floor.
- Generate , monitor and update delivery schedules daily.
- Tracking material shortage.
- Collaborate with engineering team.
- Manage Testing team.
- Monthly reporting of productivity to Director.
- Weekly progress meetings with engineering.
- Liase with customers during inspections and testing.
- Motivate production teams.
- Resource management on the factory floor via subcontractors.
- Manage time allocations and production costs.
- Take full responsibility for deliverables
- Switchgear knowledge beneficial
