IT TECHNICIAN

KTC Ventures offers best of class services for Information Technology, Security Systems and Electronics. KTC Ventures has branches in Bloemfontein, Bethlehem and Maseru. KTC Ventures seeks to employ a proactive, innovative, self driven and highly motivated individual to occupy the position of IT Technician. This position is based in Maseru.

Key Responsibilities;
-Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following;
-IT support to clients of KTC Ventures
-To ensure that all support calls and requests are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with defined policies and procedure
-Build, install and configure PCs and associated peripherals, including new equipment and the redeployment of existing hardware for clients
-Perform all duties at any of KTC Ventures' client sites as required.

Qualifications and Knowledge Experience;
-Broad Experience of 1st/2nd line technical support in a commercial/professional environment
-Broad knowledge of common IT applications and utilities
-Tertiary qualification in related field

both written and oral communication – able
to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members
-Broad IT knowledge combined with technical enthusiasm and confidence – keen to learn new technical information and develop skills

-Excellent problem-solving skills and the initiative to find innovative technical solutions
-Responsible attitude to security and confidentiality
